In July 2008, Waddell Media moved to brand new premises in St.Helen's Business Park, Holywood. The impressive three-storey building recently won an architectural award and houses large open-plan production and development areas, executive suites and conference rooms, together with fully equipped AVID edit suites and studio, dedicated to in-house production and post-production.

The Business Park is situated just off Holywood’s busy High Street. Waddell Media has its own parking area, which can be accessed either directly off High Street or through the back entrance in Church View (see map).

Holywood, which has won many Best Kept Town awards over the years, is just 15 minutes drive from Belfast city centre, with excellent public transport links. It is an attractive, fashionable town on the shores of Belfast Lough, with many historic Victorian buildings, specialist shops, high quality hotels, guesthouses, restaurants and art galleries. In the 19th century, a large number of Belfast’s merchants and traders built imposing country and coastal retreats in Holywood and the town proudly retains its rich heritage, becoming a designated Conservation Area two years ago.

A number of production companies, post-production facilities, PR companies and advertising agencies are based in and around Holywood, making it a media hub second only to Belfast.
