The company has just secured two exciting new commissions
from the US-based Discovery Channel.
‘Living Loch Ness’ and ‘Engineering
Thrills’ are 60’ singles commissioned by the broadcaster
for whom Waddell Media made its massive worldwide hit ‘FutureWeapons’.
The first poses the intriguing question - ‘Imagine
that the Loch Ness monster actually exists – what would
it look like?
In this fascinating hour-long special we bring some of the
world’s greatest scientific brains to the banks of
Loch Ness to investigate and help create a convincing 3D
CGI model of what the monster might look like.
‘Engineering
Thrills’ explores the latest and
coolest technological advances in amusement rides, pushing
the fear factor and the ride experience to the next level.
We meet the brains and brawn behind some the largest and
most imaginative constructions, all designed with the purpose
to entertain the human body and mind, and of course scare
the s*** out of us.
We reveal the difference between 3D and 4D, demystify motion
simulators, and see how hi tech sensors are combining with
computers to maximise the g-forces that the human body can
withstand.
