Following the success of Waddell Media's HOW BRUCE LEE CHANGED THE WORLD on HISTORY US in 2009 the two hour special continues it pop culture dominance airing on networks around the world.

On Sunday August 29th at 7.30pm DISCOVERY CHANNEL AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND premieres this roller coaster romp through the Lee phenomenon revealing the dedicated career of a movie star with only five mainstream films under his belt but who subsequently went onto influence culture worldwide.

A cinematic journey, the special takes the viewer across the US, Asia and Europe exploring Lee’s influence — even joining Shannon Lee on a trip back to her father’s roots in Hong Kong; nearly fifty years after Lee arrived to make his first kung fu film. It features in-depth interviews with actor Jackie Chan, comedian Eddie Griffin, rappers LL Cool J and RZA, Marvel Comics' Stan Lee, and renowned film directors John Woo and Brett Ratner among others. Lee’s friend and business partner famed Hong Kong film producer, Raymond Chow gives a rare interview.

London based distributors PASSION have struck a number of fresh deals with TV, DVD and in-flight networks taking Lee to new territories including: France, Hong Kong, Israel, Sweden, Denmark, Japan and Spain.

PASSION will be marketing the special at the MIPCOM festival in Cannes next month.
