Flickerpix are proud to announce another collaboration with CBBC’s Newsround team in the wake of the BAFTA winning ‘Living with Alcohol’ animation.

This latest Newsround Special called ‘Living With Cancer’ takes a look at the lives of three children who have been affected by the disease and retells their personal stories in an informative, accessible way. The program is presented by Dominique Moore and narrated by the children themselves.

Animation constitutes a large part of the program, for which we have supplied a mix of hand-drawn and 3D sequences. Other animated sequences are based on photographs supplied by their families.

‘Living With Cancer’ airs at 16.55 on Tuesday 29th of March on BBC1 and will subsequently be available as an online resource on the Newsround website.
