Jannine Waddell
Managing Director
Jannine Waddell is the company’s
Managing Director. She was formerly the BBC’s travel
editor, responsible for the ‘Holiday’ series,
including ‘Holiday 10 Best’, ‘Summer
Holiday’ and ’50 Places to See Before You Die’.
Prior to joining the BBC, Jannine was executive producer
at September Films working on a number of high profile
series.

Jon-Barrie Waddell
Creative Director
Jon-Barrie started his career as a researcher for Channel 4’s The Big Breakfast moving into the world of factual and factual entertainment programming for the past 14 years. He initiated and developed two important international breakthrough series for the company - ‘Chasing Time’ for National Geographic Channel and ‘Future Weapons’ for Discovery US. He currently oversees Waddell Media’s US output, developing and executive producing specials and series for clients including Discovery US, History, Animal Planet, A&E, Planet Green and G4TV. For the past two years he has run WM’s New York office, developing strategic relationships with networks, show runners and production talent. He recently secured a deal with CAA who act as WM’s agents in the US.
